By accessing our site or availing our services, you (“client”, “user”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. Definitions
- “R3Studioz”, “we”, “our”, “us” refers to the salon business operated under the R3Studioz brand.
- “Services” include hair consultations, wigs, hair extensions, loupees, styling, product sales, and all beauty treatments we offer.
- “Client” refers to the person booking, purchasing, or using our services.
2. Appointments & Bookings
- All appointments must be scheduled via phone, WhatsApp, or in person.
- You will receive confirmation through your preferred contact method.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to emergencies, staff availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges.
- No refunds are issued for completed services.
- For product purchases:
- Unopened, unused products may be returned within 7 days with the original receipt.
- Custom orders (wigs/extensions made to order) are non-refundable.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All service charges are discussed during consultation and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- R3Studioz reserves the right to update pricing without prior notice.
- Payments can be made via cash, card, UPI, or other approved payment gateways.
- For custom services, a minimum 50% advance is required at the time of booking.
5. Service Guarantee & Limitation of Liability
- We strive to ensure high-quality service and satisfaction. However:
- Individual results may vary depending on hair condition, adherence to aftercare, and external factors.
- R3Studioz is not liable for allergic reactions or damages arising from failure to disclose medical or hair-related conditions.
- We are not responsible for client dissatisfaction due to miscommunication or unrealistic expectations not aligned during consultation.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website, including images, videos, testimonials, logos, and designs, is the property of R3Studioz and protected under applicable copyright laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without prior written consent.
7. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to external websites or social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites.
8. Conduct & Salon Etiquette
- Clients are expected to treat staff and fellow customers with respect.
- We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of abusive behavior, harassment, or repeated policy violations.
